The recommended application method to ensure the fastest drying time is to complete the first coat of polish application - wait 60 seconds - then following the same sequence as before, apply the second coat. If further coats or a quick dry are to be applied - wait 60 seconds before each application. This short wait time between coats of polish, allows large amounts of the solvents to evaporate that would otherwise be trapped in the polish.
